As pioneers in the vertical transportation industry, we are committed to redefining mobility and customer satisfaction through cutting-edge technology and exceptional service.Job Summary:The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities, establishing and nurturing strong client relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives that elevate Brio Elevators' market presence. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with an aptitude for sales and an entrepreneurial mindset.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential customer segments.Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, builders, and developers to promote Brio Elevators' solutions.Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and bids to secure new contracts and partnerships.Negotiate and finalize business agreements while ensuring adherence to company policies and profitability goals.Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, design, and engineering, to meet customer needs and ensure project success.Monitor competitors' activities and market dynamics to identify risks and opportunities.Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and business development initiatives.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).Proven track record of 3+ years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the elevator or construction industry.Strong understanding of B2B sales and project management principles.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required.
