The manufacturing unit is located at Delhi Dehradun National Highway Village Dunduhera District Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. The company's office is situated at Barakhamba Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities within their designated region. Daily tasks include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, achieving sales targets, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and reporting on sales performance. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities and monitoring competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership capabilities to generate demand through key decision makers, influencers and MEP consultants
• Ability to analyze sales performance and market trends
• Experience in MEP Projects Industry will be plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in using CRM software.
• Ability to travel within the region as require
