Job Description

  • Experience- 15 years
  • Location- Ghaziabad
  • Notice Period - immediate to 30days.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive regional sales strategy to meet targets and grow market share
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with marketing on promotions and pricing
  • Appoint and manage dealers/distributors
  • Train and support Dealer network
  • Monitor dealer performance and ensure compliance
  • Track sales, revenue, and market share; report insights
  • Lead sales meetings and performance reviews
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues
  • Identify new market opportunities
  • Represent the brand at trade shows and events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing; MBA preferred
  • Sales experience in EV/3-wheeler segment with channel sales focus
  • Strong EV market knowledge and competitor insights
  • Proven team leadership and target achievement
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Willing to travel as required
