Position Overview

As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM), you will lead Infudrip’s hospital sales operations within your assigned state.

You will be responsible for developing the market, managing Area Sales Managers and Hospital Solutions Executives, driving sales growth, and ensuring complete compliance with all company processes and regulatory standards.

This is a leadership role suited for experienced pharma professionals who can combine sales acumen with operational discipline and relationship-building skills in the hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the regional sales plan for IV fluids in alignment with company goals.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective team management.

· Identify and onboard new hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare institutions.

· Manage and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and Hospital Solutions Executives (HSEs).

· Build strong professional relationships with hospital purchase heads, pharmacists, and management teams.

· Coordinate closely with Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Depot Managers for product supply and documentation.

· Ensure the team adheres to CRM reporting, documentation protocols, and ethical marketing standards.

· Conduct regular market analysis, competitor tracking, and territory expansion planning.

· Report regional performance and insights to the Zonal Business Manager / Head Office.

What We Expect

We are looking for a self-driven and disciplined professional who understands the nuances of the hospital supply business — someone who can lead from the front, inspire their team, and build meaningful long-term relationships with hospitals.

You should be:

· Experienced in hospital / institutional sales (especially IV fluids or injectables)

· Skilled in team leadership, negotiation, and hospital liaisoning

· Process-oriented and familiar with CRM-based field management

· Committed to ethical selling and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

Education: B.Pharm / B.Sc (Life Sciences) / MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management.

Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in pharmaceutical sales; 2+ years in a managerial role.

Industry Preference: IV fluids, critical care, hospital supplies, or institutional pharma marketing.
