Job Profile

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for managing Infudrip's hospital business operations across South Kerala, Developing and leading a team of Hospital Solutions Executives (HSEs) and ensuring sales growth, hospital coverage, and adherence to company processes.

This role requires strong leadership, field discipline, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with private hospitals and healthcare groups across the assigned districts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets for IV fluids in the South Kerala region.
• Supervise, train, and guide a team of 3 to 5 Hospital Solutions Executives across five districts.
• Develop and execute district-level sales plans and hospital coverage schedules.
• Conduct joint field visits and review performance metrics weekly.
• Build and strengthen relationships with hospital purchase departments, pharmacists, and administrators.
• Coordinate with Depot Operations for stock availability and on-time deliveries.
• Ensure timely documentation, CRM entry, and reporting from all team members.
• Identify new hospital opportunities and share market intelligence with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Maintain ethical sales conduct as per Drugs & Cosmetics Act and UCPMP standards.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc (Life Sciences) / MBA in Marketing preferred

Experience: 3 to 5 years in pharma or hospital sales; at least 1 year in a team-leading role

Territorial Knowledge: Strong familiarity with South Kerala hospitals and healthcare ecosystem
