RMPCL is looking for an experienced and dynamic Plant HR Manager to lead HR & IR operations at our manufacturing units. Manage end-to-end HR operations including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and contractor workforce management.
Facilitate village level peer education on modern cattle management practices where animal rearing is promoted on the same land management unit as agricultural crops and agroforestry or dedicated plots. - Facilitate family level livestock management plan development (herd size, breed improvement, feed, health etc.) and implementation to optimize utilization of their land. - Guide farmers on maintaining optimum number of animals based on breeding plan and suggested performance goal. - Guide farmers on appropriate feeding practices required for breeding animals including mineral supplementation etc. - Coordinate and closely work with village level agricultural/livestock development agents & technicians in implementing livestock management activities including animal health. - Mentor farmers to understand the reproduction and fertility cycles of the animals; and seek the AI service when the chance of impregnating is high. - Store, travel with, thaw, and prepare semen for insemination correctly to maximize the chance of impregnation; - Perform artificial insemination procedures and pregnancy checks on cows of the target farmers. - Follow protocols pertaining to biosecurity, safety, hygiene and animal welfare. - Follow the prescribed procedures in handling semen straw and in conducting insemination. - Train and mentor beekeepers on apiary site selection and preparation, transitional hive construction and inspection, colony multiplication and transferring, bee forage development, disease and pest control, harvest and post-harvest handling. - Under the guidance of Livestock Expert, conduct other livestock management and related activities. Skills Required: Disease diagnoses and treatment of dairy animals (Cow & Buffalo). Provide technical services to dairy farmers and Key Clients. Convince customer for using best quality cattle feed to maximize the profit. Dealers and Farmers meetings, educating dairy farmers on contemporary farming techniques related to animal health, bio-security, dairy farm management and company product promotions. Day to day update on feed performance reports to management. Convince and retain to existing customers. Provide Technical Training to Sales team. Sales Support and coordinate with feed sales team. He will be responsible to train the ASM / SO regarding cattle feed basic ailments (on/off) He shall be visiting company locations to solve the major cattle health issues faced by the local team at PAN India level as and when required. His job role will be of a technical veterinarian expert, who knows in & out of cattle health, and who can provide the best of options to treat them at short notice.
