o Evaluate adherence to Sale Pitch of sales team
o Ensure adherence to Store etiquette and at store
timing
o Ensure compliance to all company policy
Customer Satisfaction
o Manage customer relations
o Manage and resolve escalations effectively
o Ensuring high level of customer satisfaction
Stakeholder Management
o Manage relationships with mall team.
o Manage relationships HO Ops and Digital team.
o Manage relationships with sales team
Marketing
o Manage and implement sales & marketing
strategies
o Support store managers in Sales strategy
execution
o Provide inputs for growing brand recall
o Competitor intelligence.
o Cross branding and promotion
o Plan and execute promotional activities at
outlet.
Business Development
o Identify pipeline of potential outlets
PIP
o Identify sales team members who must be
onboarded to PIP
o Execution of PIP.
Sales
o Submission of Bi-Weekly field visit plan.
o Monitoring store cleanliness and staff grooming.
o Approvals of Bill Reopen and Discount Approval.
Training and Evaluation
o Sales Team evaluation
Compliance
o Monitor store camera Daily

o Execution of disciplinary measures for sales

Operation
o Monitoring of stock audit and store cash.
