Position Overview

We are hiring an Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead Infudrip’s business operations across South Kerala — covering the districts of Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha.

This is a territory leadership role, responsible for:

Managing a team of Hospital Solutions Executives (HSEs)

Developing new hospital relationships

Achieving regional sales targets

Ensuring process compliance and transparent communication

You’ll play a key role in establishing Infudrip as one of the most reliable IV fluid brands in Kerala’s hospital network.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage a team of 3–5 Hospital Solutions Executives (HSEs).

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned districts.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacists, and purchase heads.

· Plan and execute field coverage schedules across all five districts.

· Ensure hospital orders, dispatches, and documentation (COAs, invoices) are completed smoothly.

· Conduct joint field visits with team members and ensure regular CRM reporting.

· Identify new hospitals, monitor competitors, and drive Infudrip’s market expansion.

· Coordinate with depots and operations for timely deliveries and inventory management.

· Maintain ethical standards and compliance with the Drugs & Cosmetics Act and UCPMP guidelines.

Qualifications

Education: B.Pharm / B.Sc (Life Sciences) / MBA in Marketing preferred

Experience: 3–5 years in hospital or institutional pharma sales (IV fluids, injectables, or critical care preferred)

Regional Experience: Candidates from or familiar with South Kerala hospitals will be given preference.

Skills: Team leadership, hospital sales, negotiation, CRM reporting, communication
