Job Description

Market Study & Analysis

  • Analyze sales data, prepare forecasts and reports for GM.
  • Research market trends and upcoming projects (hospitals, villas, malls, govt. works).
  • Conduct periodic market surveys on competitor pricing, product range, brand strategy, payment terms.
  • Identify and develop new markets to boost sales.
  • Site Visits & Clientele Building
  • Arrange and attend meetings with prospective clients, dealers, architects, builders, designers and engineers.
  • Confirm appointments, maintain a directory of prospects.
  • Cold-calling and follow-ups to secure leads; strategise lead generation and closing.

Sales & Marketing

  • Ensure availability of company brochures, e-catalogues, price lists at meetings.
  • Build long-term customer relationships by understanding their needs.
  • Meet sales targets, close deals, define payment terms, ensure timely collections and deliveries.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales service, coordinate with departments for complaint resolution.
  • Engage in digital/online marketing; manage product displays, branding, mock-ups; monitor outstanding collections.

Events & Branding Support

  • Organise and participate in exhibitions and company events; assist display arrangements and lead generation.
  • Support branding activities: identify hoarding sites, manage promotional gifts and schemes.

Project Coordination

  • Collect project plans/designs (kitchens, bathrooms, interiors, claddings), offer pre-designed templates.
  • Finalise product/material selection with clients and ensure mock-ups and displays are completed on schedule.
  • Monitor service-charge collections for design & execution team when applicable.

Training & Reporting

  • Train Assistant Sales Executives (ASEs) and counter staff on products; ensure regular orientation sessions.
  • Submit daily, weekly and monthly reports (sales by brand, dealer, size; scheme-specific reports).

Customer Satisfaction & Service

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction both pre- and post-sale.
  • Ensure rapid service availability (24-hour confirmation) to fulfil brand promises.
