Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Identify new B2B clients and explore fresh sales opportunities in the market.
  • Promote our louvers, charcoal, laminates, and related interior products with confidence and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order processing, delivery, and client satisfaction.
  • Gather market insights, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help shape business strategy.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive client engagement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 28 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials, laminates, or related industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A go-getter attitude with a passion for relationship-driven sales.
