  1. Should be an Individual Contributor other than being a People’s Manager ( 80:20 weightage between self-contribution and team target)
  2. Minimum 12-15 years of front-end Sales experience with proven track record of closing mid/large ticket size
  3. Emerging Technology Awareness
  4. Great Communicator
  5. Great Temperament
  6. Willingness to travel

  • Software Development

  • No inside sales
  • Worked in Govt accounts will be an added advantage.
  • Not looking for experience selling in ERP, Pharma, Education, BFSI, Telecom, Box selling.
  • Looking for relationship in Solution sales in Govt / Enterprise
