Please find the JD for RSM Chennai role as below:

Should be an Individual Contributor other than being a People’s Manager ( 80:20 weightage between self-contribution and team target)
Minimum 12-15 years of front-end Sales experience with proven track record of closing mid/large ticket size
Emerging Technology Awareness
Great Communicator
Great Temperament
Willingness to travel

No inside sales
Worked in Govt accounts will be an added advantage.
Not looking for experience selling in ERP, Pharma, Education, BFSI, Telecom, Box selling.
Looking for relationship in Solution sales in Govt / Enterprise
