Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager – South Asia

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with hotel groups and system integrators.
• Manage direct sales, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
• Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to decision-makers.
• Work closely with leadership to align sales objectives with business growth plans.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to support strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of sales experience in hospitality technology or SaaS solutions.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and technology ecosystems (PMS, POS, CRM, etc.).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in enterprise or B2B environments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
