Regional Sales Manager - South Asia

Job Description: Ennovatech Solutions, a leading hospitality technology company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for South Asia to drive growth and market share in the dynamic region. Role Overview: As the Regional Sales Manager for South Asia, you will be responsible for leading sales, partnerships, and market expansion strategies. This high-impact leadership role requires strong industry connections, consultative selling skills, and the ability to close enterprise-level deals effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the South Asia business development strategy aligned with global goals. - Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with hotel chains, hospitality groups, and large facilities management companies. - Build and manage strategic partnerships with channel partners, system integrators, and consultants. - Drive brand visibility and represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms. - Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing. - Collaborate with product and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery. - Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy. - Manage revenue targets and track KPIs to measure success. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 10 years experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in hospitality technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding multimillion-dollar sales targets. - Strong network with hotel GMs, procurement heads, and decision-makers in hospitality or FM sectors. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently. - Willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally as required.,
