Role Overview As the Regional Sales Manager for South Asia at Ennovatech Solutions, your primary responsibility is to lead the sales, partnerships, and market expansion strategy in the region. This pivotal role demands a strong network within the industry, adept consultative selling abilities, and proficiency in closing enterprise-level deals effectively. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement the business development strategy for South Asia in alignment with global objectives. - Identify, pursue, and successfully close new business opportunities with hotel chains, hospitality groups, and large facilities management companies. - Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with channel partners, system integrators, and consultants. - Enhance brand visibility and serve as the company's representative at significant industry events, trade shows, and networking platforms. - Oversee the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure. - Collaborate closely with the product and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery for clients. - Provide valuable market intelligence and competitor analysis to influence product positioning and go-to-market strategies. - Set and manage revenue targets while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge success. Qualifications & Experience - Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the hospitality technology, SaaS, or enterprise solutions sector. - Demonstrate a consistent track record of meeting or surpassing multimillion-dollar sales targets. - Boast a robust network comprising hotel General Managers, procurement heads, and key decision-makers in the hospitality or facilities management sectors. - Exhibit excellent negotiation skills, along with strong communication and presentation abilities. - Embrace a self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and showcase the capacity to work autonomously. - Display a willingness to travel extensively across India and internationally as necessitated by the role.
