Job Title: Sales Manager – Pan India

Department: Sales

Location: Hyderabad (Head Office) / Open to travel Pan India

Reporting To: General Manager - Sales / Director

Ltd. is a leading player in the design, supply, and execution of turnkey sports infrastructure projects including modular courts, synthetic turfs, acrylic surfaces, and multi-sport solutions across India. We specialize in end-to-end sports surface solutions for schools, colleges, institutions, clubs, government bodies, and private clients.

Role Objective

To lead and drive the sales function by defining strategies, setting sales targets, and managing end-to-end sales processes and collections across all regions in India. The role requires strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities to scale business and ensure consistent revenue and collection growth.

  • Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies in alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, client behavior, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Create region-wise sales plans, forecasts, and targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).
  • Team Management & Performance Lead, mentor, and monitor a team of sales executives (field sales, telesales, and presales).
  • Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and drive productivity across the team.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Technical teams to support sales enablement.
  • Sales Process Management Ensure streamlined sales funnel management from inquiry to closure.
  • Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lead qualification, client visits, presentations, quotations, and negotiations.
  • Monitor proposal submissions, techno-commercial discussions, and order conversions.
  • Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
  • Lead key client meetings, presentations, and final negotiations.
  • Address client queries, escalations, and post-sales support in coordination with operations.
  • Collections & Revenue Assurance Define and monitor collection targets for all regions.
  • Work closely with accounts and field sales teams to ensure timely payments and resolve collection bottlenecks.
  • Maintain cash flow discipline and forecast monthly revenue inflows.
  • MIS & Reporting Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dashboards on sales performance, funnel health, and collections.
  • Present strategic updates and KPIs to management.
  • Use CRM systems to track leads, deals, and team activity.
  • Key Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
  • Experience: 6–10 years in B2C sales, preferably in infrastructure, real estate, interiors, construction, or sports infra domains.
  • Skills:
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams and drive revenue growth
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Analytical and process-driven approach
  • Hands-on with CRM tools and Excel reporting
  • Knowledge of PAN India geography and client base
  • Travel: Willingness to travel across India as needed.
