This includes overseeing financial reporting, compliance, budgeting, taxation, internal controls, and team supervision to ensure the financial health and regulatory compliance of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the accounting team and day-to-day financial operations. Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reporting. Oversee preparation and finalization of books of accounts in accordance with statutory laws and accounting standards. Manage audits (internal, statutory, tax) and coordinate with external auditors. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns. Supervise payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund flow. Implement and monitor internal financial controls and processes. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and standards. Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Provide strategic support to management for financial decision-making. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance. Professional qualification like CA, CMA, or equivalent (preferred). Minimum [8–12] years of experience in accounting, with at least [3–5] years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.). Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure. Preferred Attributes: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You will be responsible for performing JOIN operations such as INNER, LEFT, RIGHT, FULL, and CARTESIAN joins on two or more tables. Additionally, you will handle Aggregate Functions including COUNT, MIN, MAX, AVG, FIRST, LAST, and LISTAGG. Your role will involve utilizing Functions like LEAD, LAG, RANK, DENSE_RANK, FIRST_VALUE, LAST_VALUE, and ROW_NUMBER for data analysis. You should be adept at working with Views and Materialized Views, understanding the basics of creating and maintaining views. Proficiency in executing Hierarchical queries for data retrieval from tables with hierarchical data is essential. Your expertise in handling Complex Queries like Nested queries, inline views, and correlated subqueries will be crucial. Knowledge of Table Partitioning, including table & index partitioning, is required. You will be expected to work with PL/SQL, creating and maintaining objects such as procedures, functions, packages, types, and triggers. Familiarity with recursion, loops (FOR, WHILE DO), nested blocks, and conditional logic (IF, CASE statements) is necessary. You must possess experience in managing Exception handling for run-time Oracle defined/user-defined errors. Understanding the usage of collections and records in PL/SQL blocks is vital.
