Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Head to lead our sales

operations in the Mumbai region. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ERP / SaaS /

IT sales, with strong networks in Real Estate, Construction, and Infrastructure sectors. This role

demands ownership of revenue targets, team leadership, and expansion of StrategicERP’s

presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new client acquisition and achieve quarterly & annual sales targets for the Mumbai region.
  • Build and manage strong C-level relationships with clients in Real Estate, Infrastructure, and

Construction domains.

  • Identify market opportunities, map key accounts, and develop region-specific sales strategies.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle – from lead generation, presentations, proposal creation,

negotiations, to closure.

  • Manage and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring performance against defined KPIs.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Implementation teams to deliver value-driven client

solutions.

  • Monitor competitor activity and provide inputs to the leadership for product positioning and market

expansion.

  • Represent StrategicERP at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and support long-term account growth.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–8 years of proven experience in ERP / SaaS / IT solutions sales (preferably in Real Estate,

Infrastructure, or Construction sector).

  • Strong business development and account management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong network and relationships in the Mumbai region with real estate developers, contractors,

and infrastructure firms.

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience in managing a sales team.

Educational Qualification

  • MBA (Sales/Marketing) or equivalent preferred.
  • B.Tech / B.E. (Civil / IT / Computer Science) background will be an added advantage.
