Regional Sales Head

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, diagnostic centers, NGOs, and referral partners.

1.Sales and Growth

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual patient acquisition and revenue targets.
• Identify and tap into new markets, corporate clients, and referral networks.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as required.

2.Team Leadership & Management

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Ensure proper territory allocation, target setting, and performance tracking.

3.Business Development & Networking

• Represent the hospital at regional healthcare conferences, camps, and awareness programs.
• Collaborate with marketing to create region-specific campaigns and outreach programs.

4.Operational & Reporting Duties

• Prepare and present detailed sales reports to management.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing strategic insights.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, ethical sales practices, and compliance standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per year
