• 8–12 years of corporate sales experience in hospitality, with 3–5 years in a regional leadership role
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong network within corporate and travel sectors
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
