Role Description

Head of Marketing

AI-enabled market planning, digital-first strategies, and personalized consumer engagement


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Planning & Strategy:

    Develop and execute strategies using

    AI-driven competitive analysis, predictive demand forecasting, and real-time consumer trend mapping

    .
  • Marketing Management:

    Oversee campaigns optimized with

    AI-powered ad targeting, sentiment analysis, and performance tracking dashboards

    .
  • Market Research:

    Conduct research using

    AI-based social listening, NLP-driven consumer insight mining, and machine learning models for segmentation and personalization

    .
  • Sales Strategy:

    Implement

    AI-enhanced CRM systems, lead-scoring algorithms, and predictive upselling models

    to support conversion and retention.
  • Public Relations:

    Use

    AI-enabled media monitoring and influencer mapping platforms

    to identify opportunities, measure PR sentiment, and improve reputation management.
  • Content & Digital Engagement:

    Oversee content strategy enhanced by

    generative AI for ideation, AI A/B testing for creatives, and personalization engines for consumer journeys

    .
  • Team Leadership:

    Build a team that combines traditional marketing skills with

    AI tool proficiency

    —training them to leverage automation and analytics in daily execution.



Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Market Planning and

    experience applying AI for demand forecasting, customer segmentation, and performance tracking

    .
  • Proven success in Marketing Management with

    AI-based ad optimization tools (Meta Ads AI, Google Performance Max, programmatic platforms)

    .
  • Experience in Market Research with

    AI tools for predictive modeling, social listening, and consumer sentiment tracking

    .
  • Proficiency in Sales processes with knowledge of

    AI-powered CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce Einstein, Zoho AI) and lead-scoring algorithms

    .
  • Excellent Public Relations skills, including use of

    AI-enabled PR monitoring, media outreach analysis, and influencer mapping

    .
  • Strong leadership and ability to

    build AI-driven marketing playbooks and train teams to adopt emerging technologies

    .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to

    translate data-driven insights into compelling brand narratives

    .
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;

    advanced degree or certification in Digital Marketing/AI applications

    is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the

    wellness, nutraceutical, or healthcare industry

    , with exposure to AI-driven consumer engagement, preferred.
