Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Developing goals for the business development team and ensuring they are met.
Plan for Lead generation and contribute to business numbers as per agreed goals.
Responsible for Promoting the Muthoot brand and Target achievement by engaging with

alternate channels in various catchment areas.

Planning and organizing periodical on-ground/promotional activities, events, and special

marketing activities.

Organizing camps at corporates or prime corporate locations and generating leads from them.
Responsible for preparing budget, yearly calendar, and monthly calendar for various activities
Responsible for the implementation of the above plan on a day-to-day basis and ensuring that

they are in line with the organizations standards.

Assist the team in marketing initiatives to increase outreach to customers.
Monitoring market activities and best practices.
Responsible for generating the required reports & presenting them to the Management

4.Minimum 2-4 years of relevant work experience in marketing domain, preferably with BFSI / Retail exposure.

Note:-Extensive travelling is an integral part of this profile and hence interested candidates must be open for travelling
