Role Overview:
The Regional Manager will be accountable for the overall operations, academic delivery, and business
development in the assigned region. The position requires leadership, people management, and strategic
execution skills to ensure enrollment growth, program quality, and stakeholder satisfaction. The role acts as

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
* Oversee day-to-day functioning of all branches, schools, and learning centers in the assigned region.
A bridge between the State Head and Business head
* Ensure smooth coordination between academic, administrative, and business development teams.
* Drive operational efficiency by establishing clear processes, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance
with company policies.
Business Development & Growth:
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual enrollment/partnership targets.
* Identify potential schools, institutions, and partner organizations for business expansion.
* Represent the company in regional events, exhibitions, and conferences to build market visibility.
* Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Team Management:
* Lead and manage a team of Area Managers, Business Development Executives, and support staff.
* Conduct regular review meetings, performance evaluations, and provide training/coaching.
* Motivate the team to achieve targets while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
Academic Delivery & Quality Assurance:
* Ensure that all programs are implemented as per company standards and guidelines.
* Monitor the quality of teaching, training sessions, and content delivery across partner institutions.
* Collect feedback from schools, students, and parents to identify improvement areas.
* Coordinate with academic teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Stakeholder Relationship Management:
* Build long-term partnerships with schools, principals, institutional heads, and local authorities.
* Address escalations from stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
* Strengthen brand credibility in the region through trust-building and consistent engagement.
Reporting & Compliance:
* Maintain accurate records of business performance, academic delivery, and operations.
* Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the State Head.
* Ensure adherence to legal, financial, and organizational compliance norms.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Education, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* 6–10 years of proven experience in Sales
* Strong understanding of the education ecosystem, policies, and local market dynamics.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
* Proven track record of managing teams and achieving business growth.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
