Working Location: Vikhroli Mumbai Region: West Region Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Regional Sales & Specification Manager to lead our sales efforts and manage project specifications across the West Region . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, established relationships with architects and consultants, and a strong track record in business development and project conversion. Key Responsibilities Drive lead generation , business development , and new client acquisition in the region. Control and expand specifications through key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, developers, and influencers . Manage and grow relationships with large accounts and ensure continued engagement. Identify and convert opportunities in both infrastructure and private sector projects . Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports , and market intelligence . Collaborate effectively with internal teams , distributors , and applicators for smooth project execution. Must-Have Skills & Qualities Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. Strong leadership presence , with the ability to drive targets independently. Proven sales track record , especially in large or complex projects. Deep familiarity with the West Region market dynamics , including key players and project ecosystems. Commercially astute and capable of handling high-value transactions. Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to sales execution. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Civil, Architecture, or related fields. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
