The organization partners with industry and live projects to offer hands-on experience and financial support through the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY). With a corporate office in Zirakpur, Mohali, Punjab, Focalyt covers Chandigarh, Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Industry Tie-up & Placement Officer located in the Mohali district. The role involves establishing and maintaining relationships with various industries to secure campus placements and job opportunities for trainees. The officer will conduct career counseling sessions, facilitate training programs, and participate in educational events. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the training and education teams to align industry needs with skill development programs.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Campus Placement and Career Counseling
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Training and Education domains
  • Excellent organizational and networking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Previous experience in skill development programs is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Human Resources, or Business Administration


Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute regional business strategies.

2. Oversee daily operations of all branches in the region.

3. Achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets.

4. Recruit, train, and manage Centre managers & staff.

5. Monitor budgets, financial performance, and cost control.

6. Track performance through KPIs and prepare reports for management.

7. Conduct regular audits, reviews, and risk management activities.

8. Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention in the region.

9. Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.

10. Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

11. Any other responsibilities as per project requirement
