Job Description

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)

1. Operational Oversight

  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations across all assigned clubs.
  • Conduct regular audits and club visits to evaluate cleanliness, equipment maintenance, team performance, and overall member experience.
  • Monitor and enforce SOPs, safety standards, and compliance policies across all clubs.
  • Ensure clubs meet the brand standards set by Anytime Fitness and Innovana Fitness Labs.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Club Managers, Fitness Managers, and key staff.
  • Drive accountability through goal setting, performance reviews, and regular one-on-one meetings.
  • Resolve escalated HR issues and assist in hiring, training, and retaining top-performing staff.

3. Sales & Revenue Management

  • Set and review monthly/quarterly targets for membership sales, personal training (PT) sales, and renewals.
  • Analyze sales data and implement strategies to boost revenue performance.
  • Support club-level teams in marketing efforts, lead generation, and conversion tracking.

4. Fitness Program Development

  • Oversee execution of general training and personal training programs across all clubs.
  • Ensure proper team structure and trainer allocation per club to meet member demand.
  • Track PT session targets and manage incentive structures in coordination with Club and Fitness Managers.

5. Member Experience & Retention

  • Monitor member satisfaction, feedback, and complaints.
  • Support clubs in implementing retention strategies and improving NPS (Net Promoter Score).
  • Ensure regular engagement activities, wellness programs, and events are held at club level.

6. Financial & Administrative Management

  • Oversee club budgets, operating expenses, and ensure cost control without compromising service quality.
  • Ensure timely submission of reports, staff rosters, and KPI dashboards to senior management.
  • Approve purchase orders, reimbursements, and petty cash requests as per company policy.

7. Reporting & Strategy

  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports on club operations, sales, PT, staff, and member metrics.
  • Participate in quarterly strategy planning with senior leadership.
  • Implement regional growth initiatives and expansion plans where applicable.

KPIs to Track:

  • Monthly membership and PT revenue vs. targets
  • Club-level audit scores and compliance
  • Staff retention and performance evaluation scores
  • Member retention and satisfaction (renewal rate, NPS)
  • Operational efficiency (expense management, downtime, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
