Regional Manager (WFH - Remote)

1 Hyderabad & 1 Chandigarh

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Reports To: Vice President – Sales & Marketing

Shift Timing: 09:00 to 18:00

Working Days: Monday to Saturday


Location: Work from Home - There will be no team under him. He will be an individual resident representative, who has to and has to give daily updates to HO for his work.


Job Summary:

The RM will spearhead our efforts to penetrate the Manufacturing industry, promoting our client's cutting-edge secondary packing end of line automation solutions. The ideal candidate will leverage their industry knowledge and network to drive business growth and position our client as the preferred automation partner for Pharma, FMCG, Food and Agrochemical manufacturing companies.


Key Responsibilities


Industry Insight:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of secondary packing in the designated Manufacturing sector

• Identify key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.


Client Engagement & Solution Positioning:

• Initiate and cultivate relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.

• Present our client’s products and solutions tailored to address the specific requirements of their sector.


Sales & Business Development:

• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals.

• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that solutions align with industry standards and client specifications.


Networking & Industry Engagement:

• Represent our client at industry events

• Build a strong network within the customer community, staying abreast of industry developments and opportunities.


Reporting & Performance Metrics:

• Maintain accurate records of customer engagements, sales activities, and revenue projections.


Qualifications

• Master in Business Administration

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and achieve sales targets.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other relevant business tools.


Personal Attributes:

• Command over English Language, Hindi and Local Language

• Positive mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach.

• Strong networking and relationship-building skills within delegated industry.

• Analytical thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

• Adaptability to evolving industry trends, regulations, and client needs.

• Team-oriented with a collaborative and solution-focused a2tude.


Pre-requisites:

• Should have previous work experience of selling Capital Equipment’s in Pharma / Food / FMCG

• Should be numbers driven and targets oriented


Essential criteria for joining:

• Understands the Business and Market

• Positive approach, fast learner


Desirable but not essential criteria: Should have a background of similar industry

Preferred age group: 25~30 years of age
