Join us in creating a financially inclusive and sustainable future. Role Overview: We are looking for a Credit Monitoring & Reporting Analyst to support our credit risk function. The ideal candidate will monitor the performance of our loan portfolio, generate insightful reports, and provide early warning signals to manage portfolio quality effectively. This role is critical in supporting data-driven credit decisions and ensuring risk is proactively managed. Key Responsibilities: Monitor loan performance, delinquency trends, and repayment behavior across all lending products. Develop and maintain credit monitoring dashboards and reports (e.g., PAR, DPD, NPA tracking, vintage analysis). Identify early warning signals, conduct root-cause analysis, and suggest corrective actions. Track borrower-level data and prepare MIS reports for management and investors. Coordinate with collections and credit operations teams to flag at-risk accounts. Support regulatory and investor reporting requirements. Assist in stress testing and portfolio segmentation based on risk behavior. Automate and streamline reporting processes using tools like Excel, Power BI Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. MBA/CFA is a plus. 2–5 years of experience in credit monitoring, portfolio analytics, or credit risk management (preferably in an NBFC, Bank, or Fintech). Strong analytical and quantitative skills. Proficient in Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), SQL or Python is a plus. Understanding of retail lending metrics and credit lifecycle.
