Job Description

Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage all HR operations, employee relations, and talent management activities for branches within the assigned region. The Regional HR will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment between business objectives and HR practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for the region, ensuring timely hiring as per manpower plans.
  • Coordinate with business heads for manpower forecasting and budgeting.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, induction, and training for new hires.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
  • Conduct employee engagement activities and surveys to maintain positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.

3. Performance Management

  • Drive the annual appraisal and performance review process across branches.
  • Support line managers in setting KRAs and monitoring performance outcomes.
  • Identify and manage underperformers through structured development plans.

4. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate regional training programs.
  • Partner with the L&D team to enhance employee capability and retention.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure timely payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance tracking.
  • Handle transfers, promotions, and exit formalities within the region.
  • Maintain statutory compliance and coordinate with the audit team when required.

6. Strategic HR Initiatives

  • Support HR transformation projects and digital HR initiatives.
  • Provide HR analytics and insights to regional leadership for data-driven decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
