Job Description

As a Regional HR in this role, you will be responsible for overseeing HR activities in the AP region and certain branches in Telangana, with your base in Vijayawada. Your key responsibilities will include: - Establishing strong stakeholder connections within the region. - Leading Talent Acquisition efforts to attract top talent. - Conducting regular Branch Visits to ensure operational effectiveness. - Driving Employee Engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - Managing Employee Grievances from Onboarding to Exit processes. - Conducting Exit Interviews to understand reasons for attrition. - Handling various other HR activities specific to the region. Preferred qualifications for this role include: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling Regional HR in AP. - Background in NBFC or Banking Industry would be advantageous.
