Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across regions.
  • Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities for new hires.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
  • Handle generalistic HR tasks such as policy implementation, data management, and compliance reporting.
  • Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in regional HRBP role or similar function.
  • MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations.
  • Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to work closely with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
