Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across regions.
Coordinate joining formalities and onboarding activities for new hires.
Conduct employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Handle generalistic HR tasks such as policy implementation, data management, and compliance reporting.
Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in regional HRBP role or similar function.
MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations.
Strong understanding of business requirements and ability to work closely with stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations effectively.
