As an Asst. Manager / Manager in the role of Regional HR in Mumbai within the Financial Services / Broking industry, you will be responsible for handling the complete recruitment life cycle. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. - Managing the on-boarding process from joining formalities to verification of documents & reference checks. This also involves creating offer letters and appointment letters. - Handling joining formalities, Induction, HRIS, exit formalities, and training coordination. - Managing employee grievance related to PF, ESI, other statutory compliance & HR queries. - Organizing and driving employee engagement activities for Gujarat. - Undertaking any other work as required from time to time. The academic qualification required for this role is a Graduate/MBA background with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
