As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be to acquire quality clients (Privilege Category) for Broking & Third Party Products by leveraging networking, database, market intelligence, references from existing clients, and assigned leads from the organization. It is essential to ensure both individual and team performance align with defined norms. One of your key tasks will be recruiting, inducting, handholding, facilitating, and motivating team members, with a focus on retaining high-performing individuals. Another critical aspect of the role is to generate cross-sell revenue through effective financial planning and promoting the Focus Product of the month. You will be required to maintain accurate records of business transactions on internal software and assist in inducting new clients to the Dealing Desk to ensure smooth interaction and services. Collaboration with the Dealing Desk is vital for revenue generation and resolving queries promptly. You will also be responsible for organizing marketing and social activities aimed at client acquisition and financial planning. Compliance with various regulatory and organizational guidelines is a key part of this role to maintain the brand image of the organization.
