Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand job roles and manpower needs from hiring managers.• Post job advertisements on various job portals, social media, and internal platforms.• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.• Maintain a recruitment tracker and provide weekly updates to the management.• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation for selected candidates.• Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future needs.

Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.• 1-3 years of recruitment experience • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.• Experience using recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS).• Ability to handle multiple positions and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.• Experience in volume hiring or niche hiring (as needed).• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
