We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) business through open market channels. The role requires strong relationship-building skills, market knowledge, and proven ability to source quality business.

Key Responsibilities

• Source Home Loan and LAP customers through open market channels (DSA, connectors, builders, referrals, etc.).

• Achieve monthly sales & business targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and influencers.

• Conduct financial analysis and assess customer eligibility.

• Ensure smooth loan processing, documentation, and disbursement.

• Provide after-sales service and resolve customer queries.

• Maintain compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
