Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist in this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and hiring new employees. This includes creating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting in making offers. You should be proficient in recruitment techniques such as headhunting, utilizing networking sites, referrals, and internet-based recruiting tools.
