For more details, please visit to www.comacoe.com Role: Planning & Billing Engineer Experience: 5 to 10 Years Location: Mumbai HO- Mira Road + Project Site Role & responsibilities: Project Planning & Control: Develop project schedules, track progress, and analyze deviations. Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and manage client invoices and subcontractor billing as per contract terms. Contract Management: Review contracts, track variations, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with site teams, clients, and internal departments for seamless execution. MIS & Documentation: Maintain project reports, payment records, and ensure proper documentation. Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and prepare DPRs, WPRs, MPRs, and MIS reports Oversee project communication protocols, document control, and maintain contractual records using MS Office and Document Management Systems. Hands-on experience required in the mentioned software tools for managing projects in EPC, Oil & Gas, and Marine Pipeline sectors.
