Prepare and submit Running Account (RA) bills, final bills, and reconciliation statements.
Validate quantities from site execution and ensure compliance with BOQ and contract.
Prepare client and subcontractor billing as per work completion and site measurements.
Maintain documentation for all billing-related records.
Verify on-site measurements jointly with the site engineer and contractor team.
Maintain Measurement Books (MBs) and Quantity Surveying records.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Accounts departments for timely billing.
Liaise with clients and consultants for bill certification and approvals.
Assist in preparing project estimates and cost analysis
Reconcile quantities and track changes in scope or design for variation orders.
Ensure compliance with project billing terms, GST, taxes, and statutory norms.
Prepare periodic MIS reports on billing status, receivables, and cash flows.
