ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
Job Specification:-Role & Responsibilities
Handle all leads generated through social media, online portals, and the company website.
Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present the project.
Conduct site visits and offer a tailored experience for high-value clients.
Pitch sales and close deals following the company's pricing policies and SOPs.
Seek approvals for any deviations or custom requirements.
Prepare and submit a monthly sales plan aligned with business goals.
Work towards achieving sales targets set for luxury villa units.
Ensure consistent follow-up on leads and coordinate with CRM team for data updates.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports and participate in review meetings.
Represent the brand in client meetings, events, and channel partner interactions.
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.
Identify and propose new sources for quality lead generation.
Demonstrate leadership in customer engagement and collaboration with internal teams.
Handle all leads generated through social media, online portals, and the company website.
