Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents.  Strategy & Goal Setting: Develop and implement sales plans, set targets, and create strategies to meet them.  Performance Management: Monitor agent performance, provide coaching, and manage the sales pipeline.  Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, analyze data, and identify new business opportunities.  Client & Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional customer service.  Operations: Oversee listings, negotiate deals, prepare sales reports, and ensure compliance.  Collaboration: Work with marketing and finance teams on sales initiatives.  Essential Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience in real estate sales and leadership. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of the local real estate market. Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.  Typical Reporting & Environment: Reports to senior management or brokerage owner.  Works in a dynamic, target-driven environment, often requiring extensive networking and client interaction.
