Job Summary The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and deliver exceptional client service. This role involves overseeing sales operations, developing strategic plans, coaching agents, and ensuring compliance with real estate regulations. Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities. Prepare and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports. Ensure effective lead generation, follow-up, and conversion processes. Team Management & Development Recruit, train, and mentor real estate sales agents. Set performance targets and conduct regular performance evaluations. Lead team meetings, sales training sessions, and coaching programs. Promote a positive, motivating, and high-performance team culture. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, investors, and partners. Oversee negotiations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly. Operational Oversight Monitor compliance with real estate laws, company policies, and ethical standards. Coordinate with marketing teams to implement sales campaigns. Oversee CRM usage and ensure accurate data entry and pipeline management. Manage property listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
