Day to day maintain & updating of HRMS software.
Looking after employee life cycle ( From Employee Joining formalities to Full and final of Employee)
Timely submission of PF, ESI and PT, Employee Welfare fund, Employment Exchange and other legal and liaison related to employee.
On boarding formalities Induction to all Employees.
Proper Filing of All Suryam Group Employees
Responsible for all Employee engagement activities Planning and Execution.
Maintain (monthly data addition & deletion submit to Insurance agency, prepare & provide documents for claim settlement to agency )Employee Insurance ( Accident and Mediclaim Policy)
Make Sure HRMS software works properly, regular checks employees punch in, punch out, leave report and solve employees query with coordination with senior and vendors.
Generate Report and present Data whenever asked by HOD or Management
Actively looks for Recruitment cycle from vacant position, JD Preparation, sourcing candidates to screening through telephonic conversation, scheduling interviews, coordination with candidates about joining, salary negotiation, Joining date, offer and appointment latter to candidates. Manage all data of candidates into excel file. Coordination with Recruitment consultants.
Properly Maintain update of HR Policy Document and Make sure it is available to all employees to read, uploaded to HRMS platform and new join must understand it and get return confirmation.
Preparing Full and Final, exit formalities and other bills Related to HR and Admin goes on time as per Company policy.
MBA (HR) or 7 years experience in Real estate.
