You will maintain detailed records of all planning and billing documentation, including invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and project schedules. You will liaise with clients and contractors to confirm billing terms, project status, and resolve any issues related to planning or financial discrepancies. In addition, you will proactively identify project risks and work with the project team to develop mitigation plans. Troubleshooting scheduling delays, resource shortages, and billing disputes will be part of your responsibilities, providing timely solutions. You will perform audits of billing and planning data to verify accuracy and ensure adherence to project budgets and timelines.
