For more details, please visit to www.comacoe.com Role: Manager/Sr. Manager - Legal Experience: 10 to 15 Years Qualification: Any Engineering Location: Mumbai- Mira Road (Head Office) Role Summary: To manage, draft, review, and negotiate sub-contract agreements; handle arbitration, claims, and dispute resolution processes; and ensure legal and contractual compliance across projects. Key Points Contracts Management Draft, review, and negotiate sub-contracts, work orders, NDAs, and service-level agreements. Ensure all contracts are in line with organizational policies and legal requirements.  Provide contractual support to project teams. Maintain and update contract templates and clauses to reflect regulatory and market changes. Sub-Contracts Administration Monitor sub-contractor performance and adherence to scope, timelines, and quality.  Manage contractual correspondence with sub-contractors and internal stakeholders. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Lead and manage contract-related disputes, including preparing claims, counterclaims, and defenses. Represent the organization in arbitration proceedings and support legal counsel in litigation matters. Maintain documentation and evidence related to claims and disputes. Analyze risks and advise on mitigation strategies in contracts and ongoing projects. Legal & Compliance  Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Keep abreast of changes in legislation and case law affecting contract law and construction law. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in any Engineering Discipline. 10–15 years of relevant experience in sub-contract management, legal advisory and dispute resolution. Strong experience in handling EPC/Infrastructure/Construction contracts. Prior exposure to arbitration proceedings, drafting of pleadings, and liaising with external legal counsel. Proficiency in legal documentation, risk assessment, and commercial negotiation. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Industry Background: Construction / Infrastructure / EPC / Real Estate / Engineering Consulting. 📩 Interested?
