As a Recruitment Specialist at Taggd, you will drive full-cycle hiring for marquee clients across diverse industries (IT, Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharma, Consumer, etc.). You will ensure a high-quality, efficient, and outcome-driven recruitment process combining sourcing, stakeholder management, assessments, and data-driven decision making while delivering exceptional candidate and client experience.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles: job requisition, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer coordination, and closure.
Create and publish job advertisements across relevant channels (job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, etc.).
Build, maintain and manage a strong candidate pipeline active as well as passive to meet high-volume and diverse hiring mandates.
Liaise with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, role specifications, and delivery timelines.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders on hiring status, candidate pipelines, and recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, quality of hire, etc.).
Screen resumes/applications to shortlist candidates based on defined criteria (skills, experience, cultural fit).
Conduct initial screening (phone/video/in-person), coordinate further assessments or interviews, and support evaluation decisions.
Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data, status updates in ATS or recruitment tracker.
Leverage data and recruitment analytics to monitor process KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
Implement recruitment best practices, maintain consistency and quality standards in hiring across clients and roles.
Ensure seamless, professional and positive experience for all candidates from first contact through offer stage.
Represent Taggds brand professionally when interacting with candidates, clients, and external networks.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment / talent acquisition preferably across multiple industries and handling high-volume mandates.
Strong sourcing skills ability to leverage job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and passive talent pools.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder-management skills able to engage with clients, hiring managers and candidates across all levels.
Capability to manage multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and adherence to SLA (service-level agreement) and quality standards.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruitment tools, databases, and recruitment metrics/tracking.
Data-driven mindset comfortable tracking and analysing recruitment metrics, recommending improvements, optimizing sourcing strategies.
