Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic HR Recruiter to join our team and handle end-to-end recruitment for our US Sales process. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for BPO or outbound/inbound sales roles, especially for US-based processes.

Key Responsibilities:


Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for US sales roles.


Understand job requirements and collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.


Source candidates through multiple channels — job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Work India, Apna job, Shine etc.), social media, referrals, and databases.


Conduct initial HR screening calls to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, experience, and availability for night shifts.


Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and offer negotiations.


Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.


Ensure all hires meet company standards and are aligned with process requirements.


Support onboarding and induction of new hires.


₹3.5 – ₹5.5 LPA
