Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead a team of inbound and outbound sales agents focused on the US market.
• Monitor team performance, set daily goals, and ensure KPIs are met.
• Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives on product knowledge, soft skills, and sales techniques.
• Handle escalations and assist with complex customer queries or negotiations.
• Track and report team performance metrics such as conversion rates, call quality, and revenue.
• Ensure adherence to call quality standards, compliance guidelines, and U.S. process protocols.
• Motivate the team to achieve individual and group targets through incentives and recognition. 

Prerequisite for applying for the position :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Prior experience in international B2C or B2B sales is must
• Willingness to work night shifts

Budget : Upto 7.20 LPA

Location: Thane West | Working days: Monday to Friday | Night shift (8pm to 5am)
