We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Trainer to lead training and development initiatives for our US-based sales process , primarily focused on car parts and eCommerce. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in outbound/inbound international sales and a passion for coaching teams to perform at their peak. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging sales training programs tailored for the US market. Coach new hires and existing agents on product knowledge, objection handling, upselling, and closing techniques. Conduct regular refresher sessions and performance assessments. Monitor live calls, provide constructive feedback, and support performance improvement plans. Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and align training with business goals. Keep training content updated with current US market trends and compliance standards.
