Recruitment Manager

Job Title: Recruitment Manager Experience: 10+ Years Location: Vijayawada, Hyderabad Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: IT Working Mode: On-site Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for various departments across levels. Partner with department heads, hiring managers, recruiters to forecast hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies. Oversee and manage the recruitment team, set KPIs, and ensure timely closures. Design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Track key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) and prepare reports. Maintain an internal database. Manage recruitment vendors, job portals, and other sourcing platforms. Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal hiring policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management. Proven track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions across functions. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, portals, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead a team, drive performance, and manage high-volume hiring. Prior experience in IT preferred. Show more Show less
