About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Coordination & Conversion Specialist to streamline recruitment workflows and ensure seamless candidate experience. In this role, you will manage everything from interview scheduling to onboarding, ensuring that each step is handled with precision, speed, and care. You will be the go-to person for keeping processes running smoothly and making sure every candidate has a positive journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end coordination including email communication, scheduling, and interview support.
• Handle onboarding and background verification (BGV) processes.
• Support contract management (e.g., DocuSign) and trial gigs/assessments.
• Track and report progress on interviews, onboarding, and conversion metrics.
• Draft and release offer letters while ensuring compliance.
• Resolve escalations related to documentation and onboarding.
• Transition successful hires to the Global Command Centre team.
• Support outreach activities and strengthen the recruitment pipeline.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR operations, or onboarding.
• Proficiency with ATS, scheduling tools, DocuSign, and BGV processes.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and consistency in execution.
• Comfortable working in a process-driven, fast-paced environment.
