Recruitment Coordinator

Job Description: We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at OPPAM Wellness Pvt Ltd in Kozhikode. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the end-to-end hiring process by ensuring seamless coordination between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain a high standard of candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. OPPAM Wellness Pvt Ltd is a prominent mental health platform based in Kerala, with a global presence spanning over 40 countries. Our mission is to eliminate the stigma surrounding mental health and provide accessible, affordable, and culturally sensitive therapy services. With the support of a dedicated community of mental health professionals and advocates, we have assisted over 4,000 service seekers with round-the-clock care. Our approach is compassionate, inclusive, and emphasizes the importance of making mental health support universally available. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams effectively. - Act as the main point of contact for candidates, offering timely updates and guidance throughout the recruitment process. - Create and post job descriptions on multiple platforms and manage responses efficiently. - Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure the integrity of recruitment data. - Assist recruiters in candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting as needed. - Compile and present recruitment-related reports and dashboards for managerial review. - Ensure compliance with organizational hiring policies and confidentiality standards. Qualifications & Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or a similar capacity. - Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment tools is a plus.
